Overview:
Founded in 2011, HTZ Resources (EA No.14C0232) is an executive search and human resources management firm, which provides quality staffing in Singapore & Malaysia. Encompassing permanent placement, contract and temporary staffing, as well as payroll service across all industry sectors.
What You'll Do:
- Check flight alerts & pre alerts.
- Inbound clearance of all Imports in Singapore from Cargo Terminal
- Outbound / Exports ex Singapore from Cargo Terminal.
- Urgent Singapore deliveries and collections.
- Handling inbound shipments.
- Processing of shipments coming from assigned Network offices and handover to Delivery agents for the last mile.
- Coordinate with Origin, customers, and delivery agents.
- Data entries and ensure all shipments are delivered as per SLA.
- Imports & Exports – To Coordinate with the Air Ops team and Vendors.
- Deliveries – coordinate with Vendors and our in-house delivery team.
- AOG shipment execution.

- 44 hours a week (Alternate Saturday off)
Job Requirements:
- Must possess a valid Class 3 driver's license.
- Experience working in the freight/courier industry is an advantage.
- Able to understand and use simple computer functions.
- Immediate starter is an added advantage.
