What You'll Do:
- Daily delivery and collection of inbound/outbound shipments.
- Perform on-road audit & submission of shipping documents.
- Ensure cash/cheque collections for all COD/COP shipments are turned in daily.
- Identify any service-related concerns and recommend solutions to the immediate supervisor.
- Provide Sales Lead.
- And any other duties assigned from time to time.
Working Days:
Job Requirements:
- Possessing a Class 3 driving license is a must. Class 4 is an added advantage.
- Preferably familiar with Singapore roads to daily delivery and collection of packages island-wide.
- Able to carry and lower packages up to 35kg from roller/conveyors and pallets to his/her vehicle.
- Willing to climb up and down flights of stairs to enter/exit customer premises.
- Secondary education or equivalent preferred.
- Able to speak and write Basic English to liaise with English-speaking customers.
- Pleasant disposition and courteous, enjoy meeting with customers.
- Unable to drive home company van; willing to work extra hours when needed.
