Overview:

The Fish Net was established in 2003 as a humble business specialising in supplying lobsters. Over time, the company has grown its suite of offerings, with over 150 products; from a variety of seafood and shellfish, to a range of marinated meats and ready-to-cook meals.

What You'll Do:

Delivery Management:

Load and unload seafood products from delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling to maintain product integrity.

Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to ensure timely arrival at delivery locations.

Ensure all delivery schedules are adhered to within specified timeframes.

Customer Interaction:

Interact professionally and courteously with customers at delivery points.

Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns as needed during delivery.

Obtain signatures or receipts from customers upon successful delivery.

Vehicle Maintenance:

Perform routine checks on the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in safe and working condition.

Report any mechanical issues or needed repairs to the supervisor promptly.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.

Inventory Management:

Assist in the accurate recording and documentation of delivered items.

Ensure that items are stored correctly during transport to prevent spoilage or damage.

Support inventory management by reporting stock levels and discrepancies as observed during deliveries.

Compliance & Safety:

Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the delivery vehicle.

Follow health and safety protocols, especially in handling perishable products.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions on safety and operational guidelines.

Working Days:

5.5 days work week

Working Location:

Thomson Central, Singapore

Job Requirements:

Must possess a valid Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a related field preferred.
Good knowledge of Singapore roads and traffic regulations.
Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple deliveries efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers professionally.
Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy items as required.
Basic knowledge of seafood handling and refrigeration practices is a plus.
