Overview:
Established in 2003, CTFS is a Food Service Provider to food establishments in Singapore, which has gained a strong foothold in the food industry over the years. Our clientele includes many notable food establishments that you might be familiar with, many of which have been with us since the beginning of our service.
We have a wide range of products from frozen food to cleaning agents but what sets us apart from others, is the curation and importing of products that our clients require for their businesses. We specialize in bringing in Thai products necessary to the growing Thai food scene in Singapore.
What You'll Do:
- Safely and efficiently deliver goods to customers' locations within the assigned area.
- Load and unload goods from the van.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of the delivery van.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Follow delivery schedules and routes provided by the supervisor.
- Report any vehicle or delivery issues to the supervisor.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks assigned by the operations manager as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Must possess a valid Class 3 driving license.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience as a delivery driver.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items if required.
