Overview:

(“Japan Foods” and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) is one of the leading F&B groups in Singapore specializing in quality and authentic Japanese cuisine.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver goods to designated branches according to delivery order & time schedule.
- Check list of goods to be delivered and match to delivery order.
- All deliveries must be completed daily.
- Return excess stocks to the warehouse at the end of each day.
- Return back delivery order and inform office for any changes of delivery order.
- Use Warehouse Management System (WMS) to perform driver confirmation.
- Clean vehicle’s interior and exterior.
- Send delivery truck for maintenance service.
- Transfer goods, furniture, equipment to others outlet / warehouse or repair.
- Collect back the basket from outlet and put at designated area.
- Picking and packing of goods for outlet.
- Handle any other duties assigned by Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Must possess a valid Class 3 driving license with at least 2 years of driving experience and familiar with roads of Singapore.
- Provide general admin support to Central Kitchen daily operation.
- Coordinate work with outlets and Central Kitchen.
- Use WMS system to perform picking , receiving , and stock take.
- Keying daily invoice.
- Maintain proper filing.
- Handling incoming and outgoing goods.
- Perform stock related duties, including receiving, picking, packing, labelling.
- Minimum primary school level (basic English).
- Good and positive working attitude.
- Able to do work on weekends and public holidays.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy goods up to 30kg weight.
- Ensure safe driving at all times. Be responsible for traffic and/or parking office committed.
- Must be able to work in cold room.
- Positive working attitude.
- Independent and able to work in a team.
