What You'll Do:
Process online delivery orders by generating order information through the designated online platform.
Generate and print delivery orders and invoices
Prepare order items and check all items are in good order.
Efficiently plan the day's delivery best possible route prior to executing deliveries to our outlets and/or deliveries to customers' delivery addresses.
Ensure prompt and safe delivery of orders to our outlets and/or customers' delivery addresses.
Follow-up on any possible defective and/or undelivered items/orders by notifying your supervisor, and assist in making arrangements with the order recipients accordingly if/when required.
Update delivery records and ensure accurate information is put on record.
Ensure all processed documents are filed in an orderly manner for recording and auditing purposes.
Support the warehouse team if/when orders are fulfilled or there is a lower number of orders to be delivered.
Be exposed to other skill-development plans and/or ad-hoc tasks beneficial for your development.

Working Hours:
- 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (Monday to Friday - one of the days will be a half day)
- 6:00 am - 3:00 pm (Weekends/Sunday - If required to cover, additional monetary incentive will be given if activated.)
Job Requirements:
- Possess valid Class 3 Driving License with at least 2 years' driving experience.
- Prior related experience in a warehouse environment and as a delivery driver will be advantageous but not necessary as training and guidance will be provided.
- Able to work safely under possible time-constraint pressure.
- Good communication skills with positive, interpersonal skills i.e., team player.
- Good sense of job responsibility and a keen eye for details.
- Honest willingness to learn, grow and develop with the Company.
