Overview:
Teo Bak Soah Trading Co. started operating in Singapore since 1977. We have evolved and expanded our business to become a reputable waste management company. We are awarded both the Class A and Class B General Waste Collector Licences by the National Environment Agency (Singapore) to handle inorganic and organic waste. Doing our part for the environment and the small island, we have also expanded to provide recycling service. Since 2018, we have been awarded ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications, ensuring quality management for an effective environmental management system. It has caught interest of the existing clientele then and also attracted new customers and has now become an essential part of our business. In addition, we are awarded ISO 45001 certification and a bizSAFE STAR Enterprise, which promise a safe and healthy workplace by preventing work-related injuries, illnesses, and fatalities and by proactively improving occupational health and safety (OH&S) performance. We also provide rental of relevant equipment and fabrication and repair of waste containers.
What You'll Do:
- Collection of Waste from small open top container from mainly industrial areas.
- Delivery of Bins. Collection of recyclables.
- Performing and recording minor maintenance tasks such as greasing, fluid top-ups, etc.
- Washing the truck and cleaning the interior.
- Other assigned tasks.
Job Requirements:
- Must possess a valid Class 4/5 driving license.
- Must have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in driving Heavy Vehicle.
- Must have an experience in operating a tailgate.
- Must have a professional attitude towards truck driving.
- Must have a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Be reliable, punctual and motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Singaporeans and PR preferred.
