What You'll Do:
- Loading, transporting, and delivering goods to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
- Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, charges are correct (COD) and the customer is satisfied.
- Work closely with operations and customer service on goods to deliver.
- Providing excellent customer service adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
- Abiding by all transportation laws, ensure vehicle cleanliness, and maintain a safe driving record.
Job Requirements:
- Must possess a valid Class 3 (manual) Singapore driver's license.
- Good driving record.
- Minimum of 2-3 years driving experience.
- Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.
- Able to speak English and Mandarin to liaise with colleagues and customers.
- Able to walk, drive, lift, and carry heavy items for extended periods.
- Good customer service skills.
- Familiar with Singapore Road.
- Physically fit.
